They serve customers professionally and explain in detail about the cats. The cats are friendly and active (want to play with the visitors), and I don't see signs of stress in them.

There's a "meow" manager welcomes us with its fluffy belly, it knows how to serve the customer ^D^.

Dropped by Yu Cats Experience Centre and honestly had such a nice time. The place is super clean and cozy, and the cats are all so friendly and playful.

The staff made it easy to get to know each cat’s little quirks. Definitely worth checking out if you love cats!
